The Combat Action Ribbon (CAR) is one of the easiest medals to earn in all of Night of the Dead. To earn this medal, all you must do is win a campaign, and survive. It works with any campaign. Unlike the other medals , all ranks can be earned in Recruit, Normal, or Nightmare.

- 1 Medal Level = 10 Medal Points (Win NOTD 50 times)
