Minions are terrible zombies that Deimos can summon forth by laying Zombie Eggs. If the eggs are not quickly destroyed, Minions will emerge and attempt to wreak havoc. Minions are larger than standard zombies, and they are greenish-yellow in color. They attack with the strength of an Agron but move faster. If not killed, Minions will suicide, exploding in a violent plume of Napalm Fire that ignites nearby players. If Minions explode in close proximity to Deimos, they will heal a large amount his Health.
It is best to kill as many of Deimos's Eggs as possible right after he lays them. Area of effect skills such as the Pathfinder's Assault Jump will work best. If the battle drags on for a long enough period of time, Deimos will eventually stop producing Minions, and he will be much easier to kill.
